White Russian Mixing Guide

1 bottle (½ gal) – Margarita Man® White Russian concentrate

2.5 gal – water (or 1.5 gal water + 1 gal milk)

1.5 L – Vodka 750 mL – Kahlua (optional)

combine all ingredients in a 5-gallon mixing container, stir or shake vigorously, and carefully pour into a margarita or slush machine

Makes 56 8-ounce drinks with alcohol mixed in, or 48 frozen slushies

Pro Tip 1: mix in a splash of heavy whipping cream or half & half after dispensing from frozen beverage machine

Pro Tip 2: serve in a Hurricane glass and top off with cream and chocolate shavings or coffee beans
